Kalamazoo low income buy and hold?
I am looking at buying rental property in Kalamazoo and have come across a few turn-key places near rough areas. I am tempted to buy cheaper property but am thinking I may be trading low purchase prices for more tenant headaches. I was wondering if anyone here has any experience owning low-income rentals in Kalamazoo or in/near rougher areas? Thank you!
