Flood Zone Notification
Iam renting one unit of my duplex home at the beach with a year long lease. It is located in Wildwood, New Jersey, Cape May County. Am I required to notify the tenants that it is in a flood zone? If so, could anyone share a notification I could use or what the notification should contain?
Thanks,
Jen
