Does anyone know of a good pm company in Detroit? My current pm is being sold and the new company does not have great reviews. I know most of the bad ones unfortunately!

Best of luck. I hear stories everyday of investors who have had terrible property manager experiences. The bad ones give us good ones a bad reputation that is hard to overcome.
