e cigarettes
I have a home that tenants share the common areas with private bathrooms. It is very clear that there is no smoking inside the house, but the lease that is currently in place is dated where it does not mention e-cigarettes. One tenant has stopped smoking outside and switched to vaping inside which of course caused a complaint by the other tenant. We are in the process of updating the lease for other reasons and believe we will ban e-cigarettes from inside the house as well. I'd like to get any feedback from anyone that has been in a similar situation or reasons that I should or should not ban them from inside the home.
