Lease Termination in Idaho

I have to terminate my lease early and there is no termination clause in my contract. Is there away to get out of my contract?

Negotiate honestly with the Landlord directly.Tell them the reason you need to break the lease and come up with a solution you can live with.They will want to keep the entire deposit as compensation for having to spend time and money finding another qualified tenant.They may also demand you continue to pay at least a portion of the rent until a new tenant can be found.
