Is it legal to market properties to certain professionals only

With all the laws pertaining to tenant selection, can I legally focus on marketing to certain professionals? In other words… if I would like to rent to nurses only, would I be putting myself in potential legal danger? Any feedback is appreciated.

Can't say nurses or healthcare professionals only lol. In our advertisimg, we have to describe the property, not the tenant.

You can, however, have a price point, amenities, terms (short if they travel) and location that is good for your target market. You could advertise at their place of employment and let HR know you exist. Bring that HR mgr a treat and introduce yourself!
