Rent Comparables
I am looking at a possible buy and hold property in zipcode 77035. What is the best way to find out what the rent should be for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1665 sq ft house? I have been looking at several online sources, but they mostly refer to open units for rent and not the actual units that are rented right now.
Thanks in advance for any guidance.

@Shanequa J. If you're not an MLS member you will not be able to access this information.
If you are an MLS member, just go to the MLS search tab. Click on rentals and then search for sold, rather than active, rentals. Put in your parameters like bedrooms, square feet, subdivision, etc. At the bottom in the closed date box, type in the date you want to start your search. I usually go back six months.
That's all there is to it. Good luck!
