Getting rid of pet odor
A tenant had 2 big dogs and the apartment smells horrible. We ripped out the carpet and padding and a concrete floor remains. I've heard Kilz oil-based is used for pet odors but isn't it usually for wooden floors? Can a concrete floor, painted drywall, or kitchen cabinets hold in odors?? What should I cover with the Kilz?

All of thos surfaces can absorb odors. We have had great success using kilz. You can use regular paint over the Kilz. There is a water based Kilz called Kilz MAX with I believe can be used on most surfaces.
