Hello I am looking for a Maine lease agreements. I was looking on BP and Maine lease agreements can not be found. So if you don't mind sharing your template that would be great. Not just for myself but new Maine BP Members.

Anything will be great, Thank you

@Michael Bowser -- I am guessing that no state-specific lease agreement is listed on BP for liability reasons. (If the rules change and it's not updated, then members don't want to be liable for it.) Some recommendations:

  1. Don't use a free lease agreement that you find online. It will cost you more in the end :).
  2. RocketLawyer has some pretty good lease agreements, and you can purchase your state-specific one at a reasonable price (they also offer e-signature).
  3. Depending on whether or not you want to build your portfolio, you may consider a real estate lawyer who can provide a rock solid lease agreement.

I hope that helps, in the event that a member on BP doesn't have a state-specific one!
