Tenant wants company name on lease

So a tenant is very interested on renting but wants his company name to be on the lease for tax purposes etc. Is it OK if his background check comes out ok? Can I put his personal name + business name if it works out for both of us?

Has someone done this type of thing before?

a) what kind of company {dba, llc,corp}

b) research company reputation, license

c) get a formal request from the CO with a commitment that the CO is a CO-SIGNER, co-leasee

d) the applicant guarantees the lease.
