did any of you see the new tax increase ? last year the city increased the taxes on 3 units or more in a certain area ( downtown ) now it is expanding, this year to money grab from the rest of the city ! it is basically only going after 3 units or more ; so landlords and investors ! this is why burlington is so expensive ! the average last year was an increase of 38% !!!!! there is a pending suit by a bunch of landlords , but fighting city hall is pretty tough .
