I agree completely, I ask this question because my realtor listing the property does not agree , he says it will scare of tenants , just wait and see when it will happen and give them a discount on rent the month it happens. I could see this turning into a problem

in California , if I know there is going to be a complete repiping of my house sometime during the lease agreement , but I do not yet know the exact date do I need to disclose this to a tenant prior to them signing the lease? If I do not disclose the repiping could I be sued ?

Thanks for the help I have several properties that I just learned from hoa will be needing a repipe .
