Buying a multi family
Hey guys, I am currently moving in to a single family home with my fiancé and I'm considering investing in a multi family home later this year. Will it be possible for me to find a way around the 20% down payment for investors? Because I won't be living in the multi family of course.

For investment purchases, 15% down is the minimum for conventional SFR and for a MFR the minimum for conventional is 25% down.
