Heating oil cost

Hi
I am starting out, and looking for the "typical" heating oil usage per unit for 3 and 4 unit apartment buildings in Maine. I know these numbers should be revealed in the DD period, but I would like to at least be able to get a ballpark to make my "best and worst" case scenarios. I have decided to lean toward multi unit vs. single family houses for more cash flow. However, many multi units are "heated" where SFH usually are NOT, putting some added risk on ME! Thanks all!
