I just acquired a property (yay!!) in Texas that has a fireplace.

My current lease has no provision for one.

Does any one have one that I can incorporate into my lease?

Please feel free to share any fireplace education as well!

As always I appreciate the help and knowledge from everyone!

I love you guys!!!

ML
