Tenant changes last name
This seems pretty trivia but I can't find a quick answer...
A tenant got married and changed her last name. Is it necessary to update the lease with her new name??

Ask her for a copy of the legal doc that changed her name and you have proof that the two names are the same person. When the lease is up, re-write a new lease with the new name.
