Hi everyone,

Recently me and my Fiance decided to lease out a room in our house to make extra income. Turns out that the tenant that go in on the 1st of the year is a major pain. we have numerous time have gotten into fights and it got to the point that i want her out.

she signed a month-month lease and gave a deposit plus 1st months. we got a general room-mate agreement filled out and signed, other than that we have nothing else.

any advice would be great!

Month to month saved you on this one! Give her a 30 day notice to vacate; that you will not be extending for another month after the notice. Do a walk through upon her moving out with her, take photos and return the deposit if no damages.
