I am a Property Manager and  Agent working with SF properties.  Our company has chosen not to accept any type of government subsidy though I have spoken with many investors who speak very highly of the programs due to the guaranteed rent. I am very interested to hear some opinions of those who do and do not prefer to participate in housing voucher programs and why they have made that decision.
