drug dealer in home
Please assist....I have a drug dealer for a tenant. I actually saw the person dealing. My immediate reaction was to call the police and evict him. Then...several things came to my mind.
a) If I have him arrested, retaliation against me is possible and sever retaliation against my property is inevitable.
b) Just because somebody is arrested doesn't mean I can evict them. Yes, he is doing illegal stuff in my home. But I have no proof other than my word against his.
c) As an alternative, I could just ask him to leave because I know he is doing illegal stuff...........
Thoughts? I would love to kick the guy out without letting him know I'm doing it because he is a drug dealer....I value my personal safety as well as the safety of my investment........

"tenants agree to abide by all applicable laws....and all the laws pertaining to police".....
so...the answer is yes.
