Great deal in Kitchen appliances

I have shifted my house to Alberta as that would be somewhat near to my work place instead making me travel a lot normally. I have been using my friend's kitchen appliances at my old house as that was a shared kitchen being used there. Currently as I have shifted to the new place a complete pack of kitchen appliances is to be bought at my house and what i seek is getting great deal offers with my purchase. I really do not know where should I go for the same and my friends keep suggesting me about a professional in Canada,  Would like suggestions on this :)

I have never heard of Best Brand Appliances, but I have had great luck for both personal or rental property use with either Coast Wholesale Appliances or Trail Appliances.  Both would sell the higher quality and the lower quality brand appliances; all just depends on what you are looking for.  At any rate it doesn't hurt to get a couple of comparables and grind them down on price a bit.

Best of luck with the negotiating!

@Sean Claremont your talking price matching for a bargain. I guess using the to to compete for your business driving the price down? Like they say never pay retail for any thing lol

The one thing that I have been finding with this economy is that a lot the vendors are really sharpening their pencils to earn the business, along with including many of the "extras" that used to add to the expense, such as warranty, setup, delivery, etc.

@Sean Claremont - Just curious, There are a billion flyers with "Mega Deals" out there and many appliances on Kijiji, how about that route?

Definitely great for shopping around a little more; I used to be a huge fan of Future Shop for White Westinghouse appliances.  Great for rental properties, and I found that Future Shop was, for whatever reason, willing to give the best deals (Perhaps a contributing factor to their demise?).

I, personally, don't bother with Kijiji for appliances.  For the minimal savings, having to get it out of someone's property, transport it, and then get it into a rental unit, not worth the hassle and minor savings for a used appliance.  My experience anyways.

I love Kijiji for appliances in rentals, you can find great shape mid end appliances for 100$ picked up. I furnished a unit with glass top stove new hood, fridge and washer and dryer for 200$. everything still works today.
