New tenant management tool- your thoughts?

Hi all,

I'm new to the site and love what I see. This looks like a great group with a wealth of knowledge.

I currently working for a fledgling company that specializes in Property and Tenant magement, via online software, for small to mid sized landlords. It was started by several grads from MIT and is quite and amazing untility. We are working hard to spread the word, offer free trials, and see what people think about the system in a grass roots effort.

If anyone has any tips, or suggestions I would greatly appreaciate it.
