Location to Find Landlord / Tenant Laws for North Carolina

BP'ers,

I am new to the game in the NC territory for landlording and I am wondering if someone can point me in the direction to find the landlord tenant laws for NC?  I went on the North Carolina General Assembly and found some information but am wondering if this is the only law that I should be concerned with.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
