Winter Reminder/ewsletter?

Hi Folks,

Does anyone send out something around winter time reminding tenants to keep the furnace on, use gradual temp decreases when lowering the thermostat, etc? 

I noticed one of my tenants has his heat completely off and isn't home very often. I am thinking of sending out a reminder to tenants since It is in the 40s around here so not far away from water freezing temps.
