Hey Everybody,

I'm new here to BP and am very interested about creating passive income through Buy and Hold strategies.  Any thoughts on a basic timeline or any successful stories who have achieved this figure before?  Looking to learn!

Thanks,

Michael

Welcome @Michael McCormack!  Glad to have you.

Tons of old threads from folks looking to earn $10k/mo in passive cash-flow.  Maybe search for one of those and increase the suggestions by 50%!

May as well go ahead and answer where you're starting from.  Got $500k and 50 units?  No idea and $200 in your bank account? Nobody will be able to be help at all without a hint of the starting line first. Cheers!
