Vacant house
I'm a realtor in Texas. I have an property in central Alabama that I simply cannot sell. It's been rented it for the majority of the past 5 years, but this past May the tenant skipped out on me. It's still Vacant, and this is the longest it's been Vacant. It's with a property management company and a seperate realtor, who are obviously not able to get movement. Other than liwering the rent and advertising on craigslist, I don't know what else to do from another state when I've hired counterparts to takee care of it for me.
Anyone have any suggestions?
