FYI to any SFR Investors out there:

On Monday CNN Money released an article listing the top 25 cities with the largest year over year rent hikes for single family homes.  Cape Coral / Fort Myers came in 1st with the average rent increasing nearly 24% in the third quarter compared to last year.  Here's the link:  http://money.cnn.com/2015/10/19/pf/cities-largest-...
