"New" Landlord Letter
So I am buying a new to me 4-plex and I at this time I am going to keep all the existing tenants. I am wanting to send them a letter with some basic information about myself as their new landlord.
I am going to keep the rent the same for now but will more than likely be raising the rent slightly at the beginning of the year since is well below market value in the area.
I am hoping that someone has written such letter that might want to share?
Thanks!

@Jeremy Roberts the old tenants are scared. They are people.
Please consider introducing yourself in person. Also, this would be a great time to turn your business card into a frig magnet and pass that out as well.
First impressions are critical - along with a nice letter.
Best to you.
