Rent Payment
I'ma an absentee landlord. My new and current renter doesn't have a checking acct, her paycheck is put on some debit card. Somehow she makes her payment using my acct number (I know that's not good, so let's not speak on that).
What's the best way to accept rent payment? I can urge her to get a checking acct but if she doesn't have one by now, what's next?

For tenants without bank accounts, a few options would be: PayNearMe, RentPayment, or PayLease. (Cozy.co won't work because they require the tenant to have a checking account.)
