lam renting out a plc that was built by the owners of the property attached to the main home. I have no stove but i do have a kitchen its a 1bd 1bath living rm kitchen i share the same address with the person in the main home we are connected by a bolted door in the laundry room that only the main house has access to opening. I originally signed a lease of $800. a mon all utilities included, then 2mon into lease my rent was raised $50. Due to the electrical bill which both places are on the same electrical box we share everything on 1. I agreed to pay the extra $50. They will only allow cash for rent payment. Iam constintly under the radar with who is at my home and why and phone calls of being accused of things its really gotten bad. My lease ended in July of this yr. Im on a mon to mon now i have a friend that has been staying here and now im told my rent will increase, the electrical is always blowing a fuse so im w/o power for most of the day throughout the home untill the niece who lives in the main home gets home or feels like resetting the electrical box, i got a window unit cooler after my home registered 95deg inside im being told this plc isent equip for it the main home has 1 running as well. What are my rights under this kind of situation im told when i can and cant shower cause it interfers with niece water pressure.  I feel something is not right and i dnt want to be locked out or threatened as i have my rent has always been paid on time. They no i must not be wise to my rights or any of there wrong doings.
