Rentsta - a great resource for landlords

Hey BPers!

Just wanted to post a plug here about Rentsta.com (I'm not affiliated with them in any way) - they're just a simple site helping landlords and renters get matched up. I've used them twice now for 2 of my existing properties, and have found both my tenants from the site. My current renter says it was a great way to get matched up on the features of each unit.

Anyway - wanted to let everyone know they just added a promotion offering 5 free leads to all landlords so it's really a great way to get your feet wet (i'm just knocking my head a little that I had to pay a few bucks to get my tenants haha)

Hope this helps others on here find those pesky tenants! Cheers,

Max
