Security deposit refund letter

Im in the process of deducting security deposit from my tenant that just moved out. I usually hand write the letter but i want to start using a template that looks more profesinal than a handwritten letter. I live in florida. Im looking for a simple letter nothing to complicated. Does anyone have any recomendations on where to find a good letter template? I was looking at legal zoom but you have to pay for their forms.
