Monthly Expenses

Hello entrepreneurs! :)

I have a question to ask. My target market are room rentals for students and young professionals. Keep in mind that I'm hoping to sign a lease to a single family home with an option to buy in the future. My question is:

- How much in utilities should I expect to pay for 6 students in a typical month?

Please be very conservative. I understand that rates vary among states/countries however it would be really helpful if the amount of kilowatts in electricity or liters in water were listed in responses.

Thank you so much!

Izzy
