property inspection to sell
One of my tenants in a triplex has refused to allow my agent to show the exterior of the bldg. and common outside areas to prospective buyers. No one will look in private windows or knock on doors.
(There will be no interior inspection until an offer is accepted and of course with proper notice.) Does a tenant need to have notice before the outside of the property is shown? I believe he only has rights to the interior and not the exterior.
