plumbing that hasn't been turned on in a while...
I'm looking at a sweet rental property deal (forget the 2% rule, this is a 6% SFH). I walked through...foundation looks good, roof looks good, floors look good. Just needs some lipstick. I know the water hasn't been on in at least one year. is there a way to check it before buying? I'd hate to have to fix a bunch of leaks...but then again I could probably have the whole house done with new plumbing and still come out WAY ahead. Any thoughts?
Thanks
