Lessor's Risk Only Insurance Polciy
I own rental properties in Florida. I have them free and clear. The insurance I have on them is "Lessors Risk Only" which covers my liability as a landlord. No property damage coverage - which means I have the risk of losses in case of any damages. Other than that can anyone think about any downside with having a liability only policy for rentals?
Property insurance tend to be very expensive in FL.
