Hi, I have an applicant with a 60 year old brother with mental illness. Applicants income, credit and rental history is good. It doesn't feel right to reject some one because of the illness and may be legally wrong too. But at the same time I am not sure if there would be any problem if I go ahead. Appreciate your advice and any expertise in this.
Thanks
