Website-hosting/tenant payment tool

Greetings all,

I recall hearing on one of the podcasts that there was a web-hosting/tenant payment tool whereby I can both advertise my business, host photos, about us section of business, etc. The web-hosting either directly accepted tenant rent  and or hosted a link to where tenants could make payments via paypal etc.

Looking through the old posts, I have found godaddy, erenter and winx etc. After visiting these sights i'm not sure if they offer what i'm looking for. 

Any insight will be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance.
