Damages Photo's First Edition

There is something about doors that Tenants seem to be attracted to, like little puppies loving to chew on things.

A hole.  A perfectly round hole.  I can't remember why this hole existed.  These photo's are photo's of many and a long time ago, but does reflect what a landlord will see at least once in their landlording career.

When a tenant leaves, they believe the landlord is the "garbage man".  But this is nothing.  I will be posting damages from time to time for all of you to see.

Tenants think nothing about leaving behind their old broken down cars for us to have towed away.  I wish they'd leave us a Mercedes!

It's amazing how nobody would rent a unit that looked like this, yet somehow lives that way once they move in.  Hmmmmm.

Hmmm must have been a talk bugger to get the stairs leading down stairs that filthy that high up.  Perhaps he was part fly.

These are our specially made locks.  $250 fine if they remove these rascals.  At least this tenant didn't damage the locks...and that's something.

Once again I want to thank this tenant for the gift he left behind.  Some times we do find some treasures.

hmm another hole.  I think this was a bullet hole.  It was not unusual for us to dig out bullets from the walls in some of our homes.

Aaah now we come to the best part.  The Carpeting. I had applicants complain over fuzz on the carpet from new carpeting being installed.  Just some small fuzz.  But in the end, they seem to like having a path to help them know how to get from one room to another.

This tenant did have furniture.  So how did every inch get so dirty.  I should sell orange traffic cones with my rentals in order for them to help direct them around heavy traffic areas.

Just when I wasn't thinking this wasn't so bad.

Isn't this amazing.  That after the tenant moves in and they want to get out of paying rent, they scream black mold, lead paint, and yet let their babies crawl on this !!!  Ya just gotta love it.  This is what I want the Media to see.
