Hello All

I just pulled up to my rental property and saw a family looking around the outside of it. I ask them if I could help them in someway and they tell me they have been speaking to the owner via email about renting the property. I tell them I am the owner and I haven't been corresponding via email with anyone. I ask them to show me the email and what I gather, from the little Spanish I understand, is some scam artist is trying to get them to mail a deposit. I tell them not to do it because it is a scam. What do I need to do moving forward to get ahead of this. As usual, thanks in advance for the great advice!
