looking for a RE lawyer in Delaware County Pa

I've just gone through my first forced eviction. Since it was my first forced eviction I hired a lawyer to help me so that nothing was left undone. In the end he was a waste of time and money, he didn't fill out the complaint form correctly leaving the tenants with a chance to stay! Luckily, the tenants left after the constable arrived.

So now I'm looking for legal advice to review my lease to make sure it is as strong as possible and doesn't leave vulnerable. Any suggestions are appreciated.
