I would like you to give me some advice if you can, I have one of the tenants that is asking for gas supply in one of my houses and the connection charges are over $500, am I obliged to pay for this or shall the tenant pay since it was not there when they rented this house ?

Have a great weekend

I just did one for a little old lady tenant that bought a new dryer. We did the hookups & absorbed the costs as she is a great tenant.

However, on another property we installed a new high efficiency furnace & the tenants offered to pay for the addition of central air which we duly accepted. They have been there 14 years.
