Can I deduct for my time from security deposit
Can I deduct from security the cost for having to go to an office as my tenant had a delinquent account and they would not make me the owner for it until I prove to them that I am the landlord. I had to explicitly go to the office to handle due to his delinquent status and feel I have the right to deduct for my time.
