Service Dogs
What does the law say about Service Dogs? Do owners and / or associations have to accept tenants who have them? I am in Miami, Florida.

The other posters are correct. I am in Naples and buy in the Cape Coral area. I have a FHP K-9 officer in one of my rentals. At the time, my agent instructed me on service dogs. My tenant is excellent and pays on time. On top of that, his service dog is a giant German Shepard puppydog..and I will not argue with its owner for fear the puppydog won't be nice to me:)
