There was an article that I saw pop up about a month ago. In short, they did the math and showed the cost of management and the amount of time it takes to manage a rental.

Anyways, the math shows about the hours and times it takes to manage a rental and  how much it cost per hour of their time and then they asked if it was worth their time or not.

Can someone help me find this article.  I just love it!
