Medicine Cabinet

Tenants have been in unit 2 months on a m2m. Leaving this month. Mirror on medicine cabinet "fell off". These are special order items and two are in the bathroom so they need to match. Not sure of the age because of new purchase. Charge full price or not? Any advice would be greatly appreciated and I want to be fair of course to both parties.
