Recommendation for Criminal Check only - also would you accept this offense?

Can someone recommend a way to check criminal only?  I can check locally online, but this applicant has lived in another state in the past. 

My rentals are travel trailers, so the applicants I get are not the cream of the crop and I can't be as picky as many landlords.  

Someone who wants to rent from me has a misdemeanor solicitation of prostitution on his record.  Would you accept that?

Disclaimer: I come from Germany, where prostitution is legal. 

I think this is no big deal. I'd rather have a tenant that gets rid of his stress through sex, whether free or paid for, than by shooting up people ;-)
