Death from Natural Causes

I'm in escrow to purchase a property.  I just received the real estate disclosures and it lists the owner's mother died of natural causes in bed couple months ago.  The son is the current owner now.

I believe I have to disclose this to future tenants for 3 years after the death.  Will disclosing this information scare away potential tenants?

I can still back out of the purchase.

Any advice will be helpful.

Disclosures like this vary by state. So you need to look up the state statute codes for your state to determine when you do and do not have to disclose.
