I purchased a SFH rental, which has a large deattached garage. This garage currently has electricity running to it from the main house...and I need to separate it, as I will be using it for material/tool storage for myself.

Utility company will not let us add another meter .

I've called two utility monitoring company, but can't get them to call me back( too small I guess)

I definitely want it separate from tenants electric , what have other done to achieve this?
