Sub-metering

Good morning all,

I have decided to add a submeter to the water line for the second unit in my duplex. Would anyone know where the best place to purchase a submeter or what brand will be the most accurate and reliable?

If this matters, I am located in Los Angeles

That is a great question, I'll be closing on a 3 unit property with shared water, gas & electric.. I'll be keeping an eye on this thread..
