New Tenant not finding Renter's Insurance after Jan. fires. What should Landlord do?

Pegah Ghannadian

I just found new tenants that will be moving in mid-February. Ive asked them to provide Renter's Insurance. I did a search on my own  to help them find it and I can't find any insurance companies offering quotes for the Los Angeles area at the moment. (we all know the reason why) In the meantime, should I just move forward with the lease and let them know they need to provide it when it becomes available?
